Workshop Policies 1. No Returns or Refunds Due to the nature of our workshops and the preparation of materials, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Each kit is uniquely tailored for your session to ensure a high-quality creative experience. 2. Rescheduling Policy Life happens! If you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we don’t offer cancellations or refunds, we’re happy to reschedule you for another session or provide a take-home kit so you can craft on your own time. 3. Respectful Environment Workshops are a space for creativity, connection, and fun. We ask all participants to contribute to the positive and welcoming atmosphere. 4. Liability Participants are responsible for their own safety during the workshop. Please follow all instructions provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. 5. Photography We love capturing the magic of workshops to share on social media! By attending, you agree to allow event photos, including images of your creations, to be shared. Tag @canoes_and_creativity on Instagram and Facebook, or @canoesandcreativity on Tiktok. If you prefer not to appear in photos, just let us know in advance. 6. Punctuality Workshops start promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving 10–15 minutes early ensures you have time to settle in and make the most of the experience.
